OVERTIME-TIME AND A HALF

  • After 8 Hours for hourly personnel
  • After 10 Hours for day rate personnel
  • Between Midnight and Seven A.M.
  • And Sundays for hourly personnel
  • All holidays for hourly personnel

    BREAKS AND MEAL
    (Aplicable to hourly personnel only)

  • One fifteen minutes break after two hours and before three hours
  • One-hour meal break after four hours and before five
  • One half hour meal break permitted
    _(Considered work-thru with client provided meal)
  • Meal penalty charged at .5x prevailing rate.
  • Two hours call back after meal break.

    TURN AROUND
    Eight hours turn around time required
    MINIMUM CALLS FOUR HOURS
    (hourly personnel)
    MINIMUM CALLS SIX HOURS
    (AV Technicians)

    *Forty eight hours cancellation is
    required for all personnel
